Wtf? I already saw this graph. Its time for something new and funny, not the same stupid thing twice.

  2. :) says:

Nice one; I haven’t see it yet.

  3. :) says:

    hadn’t*

  4. Jim says:

The prose format of this joke works much better.

  5. AL says:

The real line would be up top from about 21 on.

    • ann says:

Nop. At 21 you are pretty much living with your parents, going to college and craving for sex. You expect to make some money after graduation and after having some experience, or after growing a business, so that would be later in your 30′s. I think its accurate.

      • Lucy says:

You live with your parents at 21? So… are you having sex in your twin bed (no doubt fitted with Barbie bedsheets)when your mommy is at work?

        • Sqwirk says:

Since for most people attending a prestigious university and then being able to do a presumably unpaid internship is dependent on having parents with the resources to take care of your living expenses…. probably yes?

          • Sqwirk says:

I guess for the “lower classes” you can move the line left 15 years.

Leave home at 16-18, married with kids by early 20s, already old at age 25-30, in ill health by age 55-60, dead in your 70s.

          • ladykitteh says:

Ummm… I’m attending a prestigious university, am living with my boyfriend in our (rented) apartment at 21, I’m doing a paid internship and I’ll have a paid job next to my Master classes next year.

And before the trolling starts, I moved out at 18 and have paid for all my university/life expenses since. Living with your parents at 21 IMHO isn’t something you should aspire to…

            • roa says:

I’m sorry your parents don’t love you enough to help you through school. Most people who attend a college or university are living in the dorms during the semester and with their parents in between. I was grateful to have parents that helped pay my tuition so I wouldn’t have a tremendous debt upon graduation, paid for my expenses (with in reason) so I could focus on studying instead of having to work, and gave me a place to stay for the 3 months of summer that I wasn’t in school, because interestingly most apartments won’t do a 3 month lease, especially for a college student with no credit.
It’s not something that’s aspired to, it’s just a reality.

            • Enry says:

And here we have the polar opposite of being a loser: being a pretentious douche.

What normal people are is something in between these two extremes.

  6. JasonM says:

please! No more graphs that are about things that are acceptable as a kid, not as an adult, but ok as a senior. This formula is over used!!!!

  7. Max says:

The scale of the x-axis hurts me.

  8. lolz says:

whoever made this graph has a really pointless view of life

  9. Girlysprite says:

I actually liked this one, and haven’t seen it before. And I find it to be quite accurate, which is quite a plus on graphjam these days.

  10. Jennifer says:

This is the best graph I have seen so far.

  11. Skippy says:

There was an ad with this on here (new zealand) agggesss ago. Forreal.

  12. Stufreddy says:

I’ve seen this graph repeated at least once a month but stated differently.

  13. papajon)s1 says:

What’s wrong with repeating a graph subject line anyway? In fact, I’m all for repetition; I learn almost solely by repetition. It seems like its a benefit when it comes to friends and sex and money … not so much for peeing in your pants though…

But honestly, if you base your success on mostly sex and money your setting yourself up for massive failure. Maybe set your sites on something more noble like ‘service to others’ perhaps? … wait sorry, I forgot I am living in Obama’s America. That’s considered evil now. …I’ll just go slink quietly back to my cave.

    • Kelly says:

Its hilarious how you nutjobs see politics in EVERY single article that is posted. The article could be about iPods or moutain climbing or teddy bears, but sure enough some political whackos come along.

  14. JuliaJolie says:

Substitute “making money” for “breeding children”, move the peak to the left a little bit and there you have the cliché for female accomplishments.
