ha!
Aren’t you a bit old to be watching Dora?
Ever heard of “channel surfing?” When all that’s on is golf and Nascar, and you’re in the mood for TV, you start taking what you can get (which is why I’ve watched Word Girl once or twice…surprisingly good actually).
So, I watched Dora the Explorer for about five minutes once. My reaction was pretty much the red option of this graph.
Guide Kthx
probably his little sister or the kid hes babysitting…..lol….
I always said that when my daughter used to watch her. “It’s BEHIND YOU! It’s ALWAYS behind you!” LOL
In the land of 2 dimensions, there isnt very many other places.
What me and my brother like to do is sware when she asks questions.
“What was your favorite part?”
“You being a f***ing whore to the damn monkey.”
“I liked that part, too”
XD
For some reason, answering obscenities to Dora is very cathartic. When I was unemployed, nothing would cheer me up like the following conversation:
Dora: Say backpack!
Me: Go f*** yourself!
I thought it was going to say “stays on dora”
I thought the same thing…I like it better.
Way to steal the banana tree thing from Drake and Josh.
Another favorite show of the graph maker apparently.
It was funny… working in the children’s department I met SO many parents where were anti-dora. ^^
No “Wondering why the hell you’re watching Dora anyway”?
because it wakes you up when you fell asleep drunk in front of the tv.
ffs, this was a really traumatic experience…
it teaches spanish in america? she tries to teach german kids english… i can never hear the word “bagpack” again without becoming very aggressive.
Bagpack
In the Netherlands she’s also trying to teach kids English
Just as well everyone else says ‘backpack’ then. Literally ‘Rucksack’ translated.
I’ve always hated Dora… But if there is absolutely nothing else, I might watch Blues Clues for a few minutes. I like to make fun of that Joe guy. He has gross teeth when he’s not on the show… *rambles*
Ugh, Joe is such a dork. Bring back Steve!!!
STEVE!!! “Here’s the mail. It never fails. It makes me wanna wag my tail. When it comes I wanna wail MAIL!” Or something like that.
Yeah, Steve was cool! When he left,(Yeah, I was really young then), I cried so much that I never watched Treehouse (Yes, I am Canadian.) for 2 days.
Steve was cuter too. He was probably the main reason I watched Blue’s Clues
I miss Steve.
Joe is stupid. BRING BACK STEVE!!!
You forgot the 5 seconds after they ask a question when they are staring into your soul with their huge, empty eyes…
blinking…
SO CREEPY!!!!!
Left out EVERY SINGLE BIT OF DIALOG ON THE ENTIRE SHOW IS SCRIPTED IN ALL CAPS WITH FIFTEEN EXCLAMATION POINTS AFTER IT AND REPEATED THREE TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE BIT OF DIALOG ON THE ENTIRE SHOW IS SCRIPTED IN ALL CAPS WITH FIFTEEN EXCLAMATION POINTS AFTER IT AND REPEATED THREE TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE BIT OF DIALOG ON THE ENTIRE SHOW IS SCRIPTED IN ALL CAPS WITH FIFTEEN EXCLAMATION POINTS AFTER IT AND REPEATED THREE TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You win.
This is possibly the dumbest graph ever to disgrace the homepage of GraphJam.
I agree. It was painful to read. X_X
Either you’ve never had kids or you had your sense of humor removed as a young person.
You do know that this show is for preschool children, right? Right?!
You do know that there are parents who are watching with their children, right? Right?!
You do know that these parents aren’t screaming the answers at the tv, right? Right?!
Who said anything about screaming? The graph clearly reads, “screaing.” As soon as I figure out what “screaing” is, I’m sure the point of this mess wil becume cleerar xfjfa maeii dffjj90j dfeqsckf fkk abbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb buhuh
Oh no! I knew reading this graph was dangerous! This man has had a seizure on his keyboard! Somebody call Dr. House!!!
Screaing? What’s that?
A way of defying grammar nazis
“…Then, one day, Dora went exploring a little too far, and became Dora the kiddy-snuff-porn star…”
The rule 34 of Dora is pretty darn disgusting…
Include the monkey, the fox, and Big Red Chicken, and it’s downright traumatic.
Stolen from Drake and Josh
‘Come on Dora! You’re the one with the map, don’t ask me!’
HA! I love Crazy Steve!
OBRE LOS OJOS DORA….MAS RAPIDO!
the funny thing is that dora teaches american people spanish and german people english
I saw this a couple times. I liked to yell “Nose wiper! Nose wiping!” when the Swiper showed up. When she asked “What was your favorite part?” I answered “When it was over!”
I like Word Girl. It’s funny and clever. Reminds me a bit of Power Puff Girls.
Way to steal your idea from Dan Schneider and Crazy Steve on Drake and Josh
THAT’S WHAT I’VE BEEN SAYING
thank you!!! some smarts on teh internets!!!
stolen from a facebook group
Way to steal from Drake and Josh. Woohoo.
Whether it’s stolen or not, it’s still true. My 2 and 3 year old kids are obsessed with Dora. I’ve just gotten to the point where I just tune it out.
She also spends alot of time telling us how dumb gringos are.
I don’t remember that happening on Dora…
I wanna know were dora’s parents are when she goes on these crazy ass adventures
You forgot “wandering around without your parents”… that always bothered me. Shes going to other countries and into story books, and her parents couldn’t care less!
Seriously, this is very very true!!
And also, how is that damn map open AND closed at the same time!!??
And if he wants to give her any information, why doesnt he do it himself!!??
Dora disgraces the name of childrens television. So does Larry the Lawnmower and Chuggington. (Chuggington is about talking trains, but much MUCH worse than Thomas the Tank Engine) Something like Play-School should be what childrens TV is all about. And older kids TV is hardly better. There is crap like Spliced! and Strom Hawks on all day long. Richard Hammond’s Blast Lab is a good show. I like the science. (Having Richard Hammond is another factor, my best friend has a secret crush on him, I can tell.) But Dora disgraces the name of kids TV, and thats my final word.
