A majority of “legit” news currently has no real susbtance anyway. I wonder how much longer the media can go on about the swine flu.
I haven’t heard much about it lately here in belgium now they’re talking about the Q Fever something that contagious between goats and people can get it too… It’s more common in The Netherlands due to the higher aount of goat farms. Now that’s news… it’s an actually lethal disease. Unlike the swine flu which is just a regular flu but from another region… And which is actually been called mexican Flu in Europe.

Well… You can’t really find enough news to really fill a news broadcast for that long. Eventually, you’ll have to show some less seroious “news” or else play the same thing all day–which is worse.
I like the al jazeera’s coverage of world news much better (through youtube). Much more detailed, and insightful discussions than most other news channels, if you’re willing to excuse their occasional ideological bent, that is. CNN is doomed though. Can’t stand for more than a few seconds.

Can’t stand CNN…they don’t have NEWS anymore. Or Fox, or MSNBC, or CBS, or ABC, or ANYTHING.
