    FIRST !!1!

  2. MrPwnfromAcquistions says:

heh I just happened to be listenin to Typical Situation by Dave Matthews when I came to this site

  3. Some Random Other says:

Really? Another one of these “X/Not X” graphs?

These are incredibly lame and unoriginal…

  4. Yeah says:

These are way funnier when people manage to come up with something other than “not x” in the “y+z” spot.

  5. Mark, Sr. says:

I really kied the simplicity of the title, as well as the complexity, and reality of the graph!

  6. Mark, Sr. says:

*throws a “liked” into phrase above, hopes it lands and replaces properly*

  7. buh says:

… and, uh, who’s this a typical situation for? A 16 year old loner? cuz once you graduate from college and get a 9-5 then “never happens” actually happens all the time. More often than not, I find.

    • Baker says:

yeah… because all of us have the luxury of a 9-5 job that allows for weekends. Oh, and it pays really well too!

      • Bother says:

I technically have a 9 to 5 but I never end up working such comfortable hours. And it pays crap, so I get to go wherever the bus can take me, which isn’t usually anywhere fun or warm.

  8. Again says:

What a “winning” attitude.. And YES that is sarcasm.

The OP sounds like a sh*t bag LOSER who is out of control in their “life” (read: Existence) because, like most mouth-breathing trailer trash, they can’t manage their money and time properly.

You poor, poor baby. STFU and grow the f*ck up. *I* go out ever weekend and have a LOT of fun because *I* know how to manage both my time and money… While you b*tch and whine about “not being able to do this or that, whaaaaah”

  9. sjerries says:

errr,, is it just me, or is this a fail at making a good venn diagram??

  10. professor paradox says:

At least this wasn’t titled “weekend paradox”

Looking up the word paradox in a dictionary should be a prerequisite to posting a graph on graphjam.

  11. sammymick says:

    screw this

  12. Jocelyn says:

“Have money” never happens anyway XP

    • indeed says:

well thats wat parents are for

      • Jess says:

        Wow.

I can’t even think of a snarky comment to reply to this immature comment based on feelings of entitlement.

        • Bother says:

Holy cow, I have NEVER depended on my parents for money since I stopped living under their roof at 19 (and even then, my spending money was earned at a job, and not given to me by my parents). I’m with you on this one, Jess; Kids These Days really do feel the entitlement.

    • indeed says:

      Get a job you bum

      • ShutIt says:

Yes, depend on your parents all your life.

And in quite a few years,
        you’ll find yourself drunk,
in your bedroom filled with your old action figures ,
        in your parent’s home.
And guess what ? You’ll be working as a cleaner. In a gas station.

  13. dino says:

Typical situation? Talk about a typical graph that always does this.

  14. H3nQ says:

Really getting tired of this type of graph.

  15. Atchy says:

If it never happens, then there should not be a region for it.

  16. dani says:

you know if it bothers some of you this much, you don’t actually have to look at this website. i mean, clearly, there are some people on here who have a masters degree in online chart/graph commentary, therefore your opinions are clearly valid enough to be displayed publicly. thank you guys, what would this world be without you?

    • Orzo says:

The problem isn’t the humour, it’s the misuse of the type of graph. We don’t come to GRAPHJam in order to see funny text, we come to GraphJam to see funny graphs. If people want, instead, to do standup comedy wherein they say, “So if you’ve got enough money and a place to go, it’s guaranteed that you’ll be scheduled to work. Am I right, folks?” – they shouldn’t be coming to GraphJam to do it.

  17. boosra says:

Chart is pretty much perfect, gotta say.

  18. giovanni says:

    Lacks wit.

  19. marc says:

    The middle should be”Sick”

  20. MrSeagull says:

GAH! Again with the “Not ______”‘s… These drive me crazy, find something witty or funny to put in those three spots. URG. Do these people have bots or exploits to get their stuff to the front page?

  21. tech kitty says:

my situation exactly at the moment! though this ven diagram lacks the option of recreational drug use O:)

  22. Myga says:

I’m pretty sure the middle one should include explosive diarrhea.
