I wish my car did that. I never know I’m out of washer fluid until I’m behind an 18 wheeler misting mud all over my windshield.

Pretty lame graph right there. Reason to refill windshield washer fluid is so you have some when you need it (usually when above mentioned 18 wheeler pulls in front of you a lot closer than it should and sprays crap all over you).
Another reason is so that you can adjust the sprayers way high and nail the car tailgating behind you.

Screw lights and dinging noises, my dad’s old car would actually say “your washer fluid is low” as well as “Your door is ajar” in this weird voice.

Err. Looked it up, and there were several Chryslers and Dodges back then that had it.
What a fail, this graph. You never thought that it should warn you BEFORE it runs out? What’s the point of a warning after it happened? That is pretty lame…
This is why you never buy anything from GM. All the cars they make are crap and ill be glad when they go bankrupt.
I do it because “Blue Juice” is magical stuff.
