    RIP michael jackson

    • Corky says:

Wow. You used the word “fart” in a comment. Very clever.

      • Bob says:

        So did you.

      • Bah says:

People who point out the word ‘fart’ in an attempt to make themselves look superior- very clever. >.>

MJ was a fart, imo. Lots of people thought he was. And most of the rest didn’t care much about him. Only a small percentage of the people suddenly claiming to be lifelong worshipers paid him half as much attention while he was alive as they do now that he is dead. It’s like Steve Irwin all over again.

        • booka says:

How can u compare a gay pedo with a croc hunter? That is so unfair to Steve!

          • veral says:

i agree, steve was awesome, and michael jackson sucks dead or alive!

            • lilkittykats says:

I was about three when I was entranced by Steve Irwin. I watched his show every day. I decided in my three year old fantasy land I would meet him when I grew up. Then, when I was nine, he died. My lifelong dreams shattered, I’ve cried and prayed every night since. i decided, for the sake of Steve and his daughter Bindi whom he loved dearly and dealt with his death so well, I will be a naturalist someday. It was dissapointing to see another of my species go, for even if a person was bad it’s even sadder because their last hope of being good has died away forever, but I didn’t feel as much for MJJ as I did for dear Steve. i’m not an MJJ hater, i’m just a Steve Irwin fan. Steve died blaming himself and not the animal. Poor Steve died being filmed! And finally, Steve died knowing he did good.
R.I.P. all those who no longer walk the earth. Even the bad ones.

          • Qwerty says:

There’s a HUGE difference between being gay and being a pedophile. Asshole.

            • me says:

I would like to point out that you spell paedophile like this…..paedophile. I’m sure Michael Jackson would like that spelled correctly on his headstone.

              • Emuhhlee says:

If you’re trying to prove a point and sound smart, maybe you should try actually spelling the word right.

                Douche bag.

                • Sara says:

Both pedophile and paedophile are considered correct spellings. Pedophile is predominantly used in American English and paedophile is predominately used in British English.

                  • Me says:

                    It’s not British English….
                    It’s just English.

                    • fgsfds says:

                      Me gets an internet.

                      (That reads so wrong …)

                    • sprent2922 says:

however after 233 years you have to admit. The U.S.A. no longer speaks “British English”. We’ve developed our own dialect (several really) of the language. I honestly think we should change the language to be called American.

                      • jessica says:

                        i completely agree with you

                      • poptrogdor says:

actually you dont speak American English, most of your spellings come from before English had a set standardised spelling for everything.

For example, Colour, you spell it color, which is how it was spelt in the 1400’s. Basically, your language has not evolved from when only 1% of the entire world could read or write.

                      • sprent2922 says:

                        If it is not broken.
                        Don’t fix it.

                      • sntjms says:

yeah, that’s why we have literally hundreds of thousands of words that did not exist even five years ago. Clearly our language has not evolved. How about a new deal? If you don’t say really really stupid things like, your language has not evolved, we will not call your statements retarded.

                      • sprentisadouche says:

lol really? american? what a dumbass. i love idiots like this guy who consider white people who live in the USA “Americans” as if South America didn’t exist. Did you know Canadians and Mexicans are technically Americans as well?

                      • yo says:

REally pop? old and middle English never existed? thanks for clearing that up.

                      • sprent2922 says:

                        @ sprentisadouche.
Yes I realize that everyone in this hemisphere are Americans. I also realize that the majority of the world refers to the people of the United States of America as Americans. Seriously what do you call the people of the U.S. that’s not derogatory? Tell me your brilliant answer to what the populace of the U.S.A. are called and then you can try and talk and not sound like a tool.

                      • Tailscoolio says:

              • Bathos says:

                I lolled very hard here…

              • howyouknowsomuch says:

I thought it was spelt PETAphile?

            • PohTayToez says:

Yeah, and he was a gay pedophile, or at least accused of being one. A straight male pedophile would lust after girl children, he was accused of sexual abusing a male child. Thus, gay pedophile.

              • fgsfds says:

I think you’ll find that’s “suspected gay pedophile”.

Next you’ll be telling me that nobody ever sues famous people just for money and publicity.

              • jessica says:

first of all over 70% of little boys that are molested are done so by heterosexual males that suffered from the abuse in their childhood. and weather or not he actually did the crimes are suspect

              • JayJ says:

No, no, no. Even straight pedophiles go for little boys too. Most pedophiles are heterosexual! There are rarely any gay/lesbian pedophiles. This is the truth, look it up.

                • qwerty says:

If any male ‘goes for little boys’, then that male is a homosexual-not heterosexual. It makes no sense to say that a pedophile that molests boys is a heterosexual. Male on male is HOMOsexual, no matter what the age of either one. That is just lame. Heterosexual male pedophiles molest girls, homosexual pedophiles molest boys, bisexual pedophiles molest both. All three groups should be done away with.

                  • Jas says:

Actually pedophiles go after either because they haven’t reached puberty, no hair, which to the pedophiles makes them the same.

                • howyouknowsomuch says:

How do you know so much about paedopedopetaphiles dude? you one of em? You seem kinda defensive

                • tracee says:

then what do u call the Men that messes w/little girls..please.i really dont’ get it.

              • 99fine says:

H was accused however, IT WAS A BOYS DYING WISH / 2 weeks to live a boy still alive i might mention to meet MJ he went he recently stated since the death of MJ that it wasnt true

              • D says:

Actually… no. True pedophilia has no sexual orientation. If you want to identify some sort of sexual attraction, it would simply be “child” neither male nor female. The only reason male pedophiles tend to molest male children is because they are more likely to have easier access (people tend to be more cautious when leaving their daughters with adult males). Pre-pubescent children look very alike (aside from the obvious genital stuff), and its just the availability factor that influences whether or not a pedophile chooses male or female victims.

And be careful not to confuse actual pedophiles with simply opportunistic child molesters.

            • whaaaaat?! says:

well he liked little boys. so he was gay, and a pedophile. So booka was right in his reference to michael jackson. And to me, pedophile is actually spelled like this… pedophile.

              • No you idiot. He liked boys so he was a paederast which is the correct description of a man who has sex with a boy, just like priests. (pederast for the Americans who insist on dumbing down English)

And I love the graph. MJ was, and will always be remembered as, a legendary singer and dancer. Unfortunately the controversy surrounding his private life will also stick to our memories of him. Such is life.

                • fgsfds says:

No, he would have been a paederast if he had actually had sex with boys, which it later became clear that he hadn’t.

                • Adrienne says:

betterthangod, if ur such a linguist, shouldn’t your name be betterthanGod?

And American’s don’t “dumb down English,” especially if you consider stealing latin vowels (like the diphthong “ae”) smart.
You might as well be French using vowels like that. Sorry we don’t like using useless letters- colour?? c’mon…

                  • Xalver says:

Lets make this simple the “American English” used in the United States is basically a bastardization of the original English used by the rest of the world. Both are right and both are accurate they’re just different. Not to mention do you have any idea how many “English” words came from the French language.

PS I think he did do his name right, a capital G is only used for god if you believe he is the “only god”

                  • No. It should be Betterthangod. Capitalising the word “god” implies it is a proper noun, i.e. a real thing and as we know “god” is only a concept, therefore no capital. Also because betterthangod is my wordpress nickname and as such it can’t have capitals.

English is the most unstructured ridiculous language pieced together over millennia from multiple other sources including Latin long before your country was even discovered and itis definitely in need of a major overhaul. The American decision to simplify less than 1% of it is irrational and pointless. Seriously, inflammable means the same thing as flammable. What retard came up with that. why change colour to color? Is it any closer to phonetic? No.

                    • wolfey says:

back in the 18th century someone realized how confusing using inflammable could be and tried to replace it. it’s hard to just get rid of words though.

                  • Annabel says:

But you do like using useless apostrophes. American’s? C’mon…

                  • milad janati (mj) says:

it’s greek you dumb american f*ck
you people disgust me God is with a capital letter if you believe in him

                  • Aleks says:

“don’t like using useless letters”????? how about Knight or night or knife or spoon, moon, then door notice how the OO doesn’t sound the same…. English is a dumb ass language! and so are you

                    • ann says:

wait, WHO is a dumbass language? and why do you bother with english if it has such a dumb ass? maybe you would like it better if you expanded your vocabulary.

                    • tracee says:

ur like the DA’s (nice for dumb ass) on the C.B
u just wanna piss somebody off, get ‘em riled. thats how u get ur r*ocks off. what is the American English word for that type person

                • wormocious says:

By you MJ will be remembered as such. By me, he will be remembered as the guy that carved his face up like a thanksgiving turkey, leaving almost nothing remaining from his original face. The same guy that claimed to have bared children that would look mixed, but that looked all white. The guy that dangled a baby over a balcony, and that looked like a crack head trying to feed “blanket” when interviewed by Bashir (spelling?). His music and dancing was secondary. He hadn’t done either publicly in like 15 years, so I’m sure that there are people who will remember him as a musician/dancer first, and some who remember him as a total nut job first, although I can’t really say it is all his fault, as his father seemed like a domineering, star-hungry asshole.

                  • Awesome_Guy says:

That was beautiful. Your speech makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.

                    *sniffle*

                    Just beautiful.

                • tracee says:

he shouldn’t have done so MUCH that was way out there and becaume Public and not “private”

Hes not comparing the 2 separate people, hes comparing the situation. No one would dare say Wacko Jacko was as ‘magnificent?’ as Sting Ray-Man

        • Liz says:

I have never heard anyone say “I hate Michel Jackson” … ever.

        • Julio says:

Ok the situation is very diffrent because Steve was Loved by many people till the day he died, he wasnt kinda liked, and then died and was adored, his death didnt win him extra admirers

          • Tailscoolio says:

Julio – It won me over. Before his death i couldn’t stand the guy, but then afterwards i just felt too guilty and decided to stop moaning. >.>

        • Sergio says:

I didn’t know either of them personally so I can’t really say, but I do believe MJ was a pedophile. He did make good songs that made (for better or worse) a big impact on people, and I can’t deny I loved the album thriller back in the day. But he started behaving weird, you could see he was psichologically ill. In any case, I could forgive all the stupid things he did, except for being a pedophile, that made me forget about his music.

        • amy says:

for your inforimtion i love mj he is a great preson and we his fans miss mj so mj i love you rest in peace xoxoxoxo

      • Mark says:

but fart was in “” so it only halfway counts

    • OLOL says:

Thanks for making this. It’s annoying how the news suddenly flips the switch and talks about how great he was. Sure, he was great. 30 years ago.

      • sopranomom says:

Isn’t it amazing how the thought police have us so wound up that we can’t continue to dislike a guy becasue he died?

        • BB says:

I wouldn’t worry, the world will re-learn to hate him…somehow.

          • jamie says:

stfu, i always loved michael and always believed he was innocent. He was a great singer and dancer. So all his real fans have a right to be upset. You hate a man who did nothing but love and the media had to make something innocent into a big ordeal because scandal and war brings in more viewers than love and caring. Thriller was the number one selling album of all time. So you can shove your hate right up your close-minded A**.

            • jamies children should sleep in michael's bed too. says:

i love how close minded your comment is…. man irony is awesome. think of the thousands of people who died since but no one talks about them, cuz they couldn’t sing and dance. singing and dancing makes you a good person, even if you like to have sex with young boys.

              • David says:

I think that everyone hated him beacause they heard he was a molester, but now they see how many problems he had and what a tortured person he was, with all the news coverage and the tributes. people have realized that he was aquitted, and now know more about him, especially us kids.

                • MC says:

Just because you’re aquitted doesn’t mean that you’re innocent. And I think when a little boy says that he’s been molested, I don’t care who it is that he said it was.

Being a tortured person does NOT make up for molesting children. Should we let out all the other molesters, rapists, and murderers because they’re “tortured”?

                  • fgsfds says:

“Just because you’re aquitted doesn’t mean that you’re innocent.”

                    Actually, yes it does.

                    • MJ Hater says:

Actually, it doesn’t. You’re never found innocent, but not guilty beyond the burden of proof……or racist jury, or platinum records, etc. etc.

                    • the man says:

Does that make OJ innocent in killing his wife?

                      • Actually. Yes. If you had been convicted on the flimsy evidence that wasn’t enough to convict him in the official trial but apparently was in a civil trial you’d have a different opinion.

                      • fgsfds says:

Oh, sorry, I didn’t realise that you finding one questionable case suddenly makes all other cases ever also questionable.

                    • Jake says:

NO it doesnt it means there is not a 100% chance you did it and that no-one would speak up and that you great lawyer

                  • ann says:

just because you’re accused doesn’t mean you’re guilty… just saying

                • ash says:

they settled out of court… money is worth more than justice

                  • crack says:

                    Yeah,

The parents of the boy were like, “we hit a jackpot, cha ching”

Some people have all the luck.

                    • Ella says:

Exactly. That’s all the parents were looking for, was the jackpot. The kid’s story and his mother’s story wound up being completely inconsistent. The mom was unbalanced. She put her son up to falsely accusing Jackson, and destroyed his reputation for a nice handout. Yeah, Michael Jackson was really messed up, but that’s what happens when your childhood is basically ripped from you by your overbearing father who wants to use your talent to make big bucks. He was stuck in that youth stage, even at 45. If you watch him in interviews, he really behaves like a child. It’s just sad how much that man had to go through, and how much doubt surrounds him, despite the ridiculous and unbelievable testimony of the “victim” and his mother.

                      • Jack Yan says:

Finally, a bunch of commenters who make a bit of sense. The testimonies were flawed. I agree with you, Ella: Michael Jackson may have been messed up but I doubt he was a nonce.

              • Bah says:

Yeah, so singing and dancing can redeem your moral character?

So number one album = loving and caring? That hardly makes up for everything else he did. And even if you want to give him the benefit of being ‘troubled’, I still don’t see how he was any more loving or caring than any ordinary person. Let’s face it, there are several billion other people in the world who deserve our sympathy more.

                • HomoDM says:

How much have you? We don’t all have millions.

                  • Me says:

                    two words: TAX DEDUCTIBLE

I would’ve loved to see how much he would’ve donated if he lived in a country where charity doesn’t earn you treats with the government’s treasury

                • Craig says:

Makes just as much sense as thinking that Confessional will absolve you of all sin… yah… that makes sense.

                  Good riddance MJ.

                  • Dave says:

I agree good riddance, I am sick of hearing about it, I was sick of hearing about it 10 seconds after I heard he croaked.

Your Right, when you think of the Thousands, if not hundreds of thousand that have died since , of hunger, deseize (i know i cant spell), war ,etc. why should one man be so publisized, there are hundreds of people like MJ with the voice, or the danceablity, or musical ear, just because he was lucky enough to have a record notice him, and then for being a tad insane. why people are so obsessed with him i willl never understand, and this whole global mourning thing is annoying the crap outta me, He never saved a life, or cured a diesieze, or stopped a war. all he did was have a few catchy songs played around the world and produce WAAY to many records. There are so many people out there with greater musical ability and greater songs to contribute to the world

              • Xalver says:

Actually I didn’t like him because I’m a parent and he hung his kid off a balcony… the possibility of him being a child molester is just the nail in the coffin… no pun intended.

Uh… Evolution can’t go backward. There is no such thing as ‘devolving’. Evolution is characterized by the progress of a species, either gaining traits that are useful/necessary to survive, or losing traits that are vestigial and either have no purpose/make it harder for a species to survive.

                      Fail.

And lots of people donate. It does not make anyone a good person. Honestly, sure, it’s a good act, but most people just feel obliged to do it. Michael Jackson was probably one of those people. Honestly, I’m completely convinced that the only reason any celebrity donates is publicity and to not look selfish.

Agreed. He was never convicted of pedophilia. Innocent until proven guilty. It was all a sham. People trying to take advantage. Actual pedophiles get angry when accused if they are ashamed, but they don’t get honestly upset and saddened by the accusation. MJ was definitely hurt by the accusation not ashamed. What’s the reason for hating him? Really? I can understand if you don’t like his music but there is a difference between that and hate. Overall he was a kind, gentle, caring person who was very loved by the people around him and by his fans alike.
Sorry if you are jealous because you don’t have his talent and are an average Joe as opposed to a person who changed the face of the music industry. People are talking about his death and his life because he was a person of significance to the North American culture and to the music industry. He had a global impact. That is why it is worth talking about it and caring about it. Not the death of other people isn’t significant in their own way, but not everyone has such an impact on so many other people’s lives. I’m sorry but Uncle John Doe doesn’t bring up childhood memories for me. MJ does as is the same for many others as well. RIP.

But the lovers continue to love. People feel that now that he’s released from his body that they can have back the Michael that they adored.

Samantha, no, this isn’t respectful. But I wouldn’t call it disrespectful, either. What’s disrespectful is the media cashing in on his death, and making it a spectacle. His death is no more (or less) important than our servicemembers, or for that matter our families. And you have to admit, the graph is true. 6 months ago, Michael Jackson was a punchline — nothing has happened since to elevate him to demigod status. Kudos to the maker of this graph — right on the money, and it shows one of the issues we deal with today — too intense an involvement with celebrities. They’re people, not too different than you or I. (Well, ok, maybe this one was considerably different, but I’m speaking generally here!)

Samantha, please don’t grossly over-generalize. Not “Everyone” liked Michael. It’s clear from what I’ve read that he was likely a pedohpile whether he was convicted or not. This was a tragic man with some serious serious issues.

Back in the 80’s when I was in high school he was almost more a parody of himself than Weird Al was a parody of him. Yes, he was immensely talented but it wasn’t necessarily “cool” to be into his music. Yes, we was an icon to many, others, not so much.

I’m just saying this graph is way likely more right on that you care to believe. Sometimes the truth hurts. Alot.

So, thank God we’re celebrating him now.” I think there is more to come.

MJ was nutty as a fruitcake and soooooo messed up in the head … he was guilty of everything he was charged with … anyone with half a brain could see that. He let people promote him for money money money an nothing else mattered. I think he was a menace to the earth which is unfortunate because he has such influence on kids. He needed HELP and never got it.

        • ShroudedOne says:

How many murderers are acquitted, only to go on to murder more people. In this country, with this ‘legal’ system, if you have the money to get the right lawyers, you can kill the judge, and still get acquitted because there is ‘reasonable doubt’ as to whether or not you did it.
Like, there is reasonable doubt as to whether or not you will ever get laid…

        • Libs says:

Yeah, I can see that. When I was a child, I used to like to sleep with little boys and show them my pecker. How did that child so accurately describe his genitalia anyways? Little liar… I think not.

Even if activities were strictly limited to a child sleeping in his bed with him on the floor, it was wrong. Just because you say he has the mind of a child does not make it ok. People with mental retardation can’t go out murdering people without consequences. Why should a “child-like” man be understood for inappropriate actions.

Also, shame on that kid’s parents. They heard the rumors years before. I would never leave my child in his home – ALONE. I don’t care how “kind hearted” he appears.

Michael needed help. All he had were a bunch of people mooching off his fame and allowing him to continue to mame himself and be a complete freak. As far as I understand, one of the only people to call him out was Donald Trump. Who wants to take advice from a man who wears a squirrel on his head? Talk about freaks. Haha.

    • Renee says:

Expressing an opinion other than your own is not indecent. Sleeping with minor children and taking unaged boys to Paris could very well be.

    • MM says:

What this is making fun of isn’t Michael, but the two-faced nature of people. It was pretty common to hear detrimental jokes about him while he was alive, now that he’s dead EVERYONE was his best friend.

      the answer is no

      • Bah says:

Someone already said that the graph itself isn’t making fun of MJ. It’s making fun of fake people. Nobody was hating until a bunch of self-righteous fans came up and decided to play the victim.

Also, I’m sure there are more than a few people happy he’s dead. Why can’t you treat dead people poorly? You should treat dead people the same way you treat alive people.

        • Matt says:

I don’t treat dead people any differently from people who are alive.
When Jade Goody died I said good riddance

Thing is, I never hated Michael, and I still don’t after hes died, so my opinion didn’t change at all. • bunnyrut says:

and OJ was never charged with murder. do really believe he didn’t do it?

this graph speaks truth. your opinion is not the world’s opinion.

        • Jack says:

You guys are using the term “charged” wrong. Both Michael Jackson and OJ Simpson were charged with their respective crimes. Neither was “convicted”. And Porka you stfu Michael was the King of Pop before he was charged with child molestation and he was always one of the best performers out there. I totally agree with this graph that all of a sudden he goes from the butt of every joke to the pinnacle of everyones affection but show wome respect.

      • Karo says:

Uh Melissa, he WAS charged, that’s why he went to court, to face his CHARGES. Just because he wasn’t convicted, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

        • DanielSan says:

And just because he wasn’t convicted doesn’t mean it did happen.

People try to cite the payoff as if it were relevant to whether he actually did the crime versus trying to make the charges go away. Remember, the people charging Jackson took the money. Perhaps Jackson shouldn’t have paid them anything, but there are people who think you are guilty no matter what you do.

And there are people who immediately think everything’s sexual in nature.

          • Mr. Miyagi says:

I think Jackson should have gone to court and did his time just like any other child molester. And you can say he wasn’t convicted all you want, he was charged with child molestation and he STILL HAD SLUMBER PARTIES WITH LITTLE BOYS. No matter how you dice it that’s a pretty f*cking stupid move.

And for all the people that say “He was young at heart”…. Screw that. He was 50. He was weird. What if your Dad or Granddad had parties with little boys? Would you think he was awesome for doing that? No… You’d be embarrassed and you’d say “DAD! Quit mattress dancing with those little boys!”

          • MC says:

It’s not like the kid who got molested got a choice to accept the money. The same parents that let their kid stay with a crotch-grabber saw an opportunity.

            • Libs says:

I second that for sure. Who does that? I would have been upset the very second I saw my child video taped with his head on MJ’s shoulder. That is not the normal behavior of a 13 yo boy. Also, did they not hear about the rumors? Come off it. They sent their child as a lamb to the altar.

          • fgsfds says:

Actually, the first case was a civil case. Civil cases are decided “on balance of probabilities” – in other words, “more likely than not”. The judge decided that it was more likely that he hadn’t done it. In most sane jurisdictions, this takes away your right to say otherwise. In both cases, it has later been found that someone on the accusing side has lied.

        • fgsfds says:

The Chandler case, which most people are thinking of, he WAS NOT charged. The authorities declined to proceed due to a lack of evidence, and the parents later admitted to having made the whole thing up. The Arvizo case he WAS charged for, though the mother retained the same lawyer as Chandler, and the case only came to court because of a technicality.

      • riot says:

the evidence is still overwhelming i bet the jury didn’t send him off because he was famous just like that football player that dui killed some one

        • the_original_shortright says:

          dante stallworth.

and the reason he didn’t get a really bad sentence was because he was on a divided highway (meaning a high speed limit) and the guy stepped off the side walk in front of him. the prosecutor even conceded that if he had been stone sober he would have been hard pressed to stop the car in time. couple that with the fact that it was late and night and he didn’t see the guy until he was right on top of him… and there really wasn’t much stallworth could do about it. the drinking and driving didn’t help, but they didn’t say he was speeding or that he was driving in a manner that would have been problematic had the guy not been standing in the street.

yeah, stallworth is a piece of crap for running the guy over. but it was a bad situation. there wasn’t much he could have done to change the situation. stallworth’s been punished and will continue to be punished for a while (NFL suspension possibly for life).

      • Reika says:

He was charged, but he was never convicted. ;) And just because he wasn’t found guilty, that doesn’t mean he’s not really guilty. Molestation is hard to prove, because it’s a ‘he said, she said’ situation; all the evidence is on heresay, unless it was caught on camera or something. Not to mention he paid off the parents of the kids (yeah, that made him look REALLY innocent). So why don’t YOU ’stfu’ before you make yourself look like more of an idiot than you already have?

Perhaps according to the (obviously biased) British media she was a horrid bitch, but in the USA all you ever saw was how she was helping poor children and trying to raise her boys not not be stuck up jerks.

      • BotcelliAngelArmand says:

yea i dont listen to the media nor do i base my opinions off thier’s. the people who should be made fun of is the crazed editors of popular magazines searching for the best selling story and not always the true story. thats the problem i see in america. Media abusing its freedom of speech, and hiding behind the first ammendment when they publish slander and lies based on thier own warped imagination.

      • Frank says:

“but in the USA all you ever saw was how she was helping poor children and trying to raise her boys not not be stuck up jerks.”

        Epic fail.

      • J says:

How did we get on Madonna?

    • AP says:

Michael Jackson was ALWAYS the king of pop! Truth is, none of us know what his life was really like. None of us know whether he really did molest those boys, or if they were just trying to get his money, which seems more likely. I wonder why a famous person like him would molest a child, knowing that forsure they would tell the whole world about it. But like I said, none of us really know. I grew up in the 80’s and MJ was my idol. I had posters of him on my wall. I had a pink pleasther purse, lol, that had a photo of MJ on it. He was an amazing performer, and dance wouldent be near what it is today if it wasnt for him. I dont take any offence to this joke. Its a joke. Thats all. What I dont respect is people assuming they know the private life of someone they havvent even met. None of us will never know what he did or never did, and thats a fact. On with life. Anyone who loved MJ wouldent be purswayed (sorry about the spelling) by silliness. Just my opinion!

      • cmoreland says:

Whether he is or isn’t a child molester doesn’t matter. He should have been smarter with his decisions to court children around the world and how it would be seen. It’s common sense. You can do things for children without inviting them into your home. Alone. Again, common sense. Even if he didn’t do anything suggestive or sexual, it’s just NOT SMART.

/Loved MJ back in the day
//Wanted that black jacket as a kid

      • Mr. Miyagi says:

None of us will really know… but we all know he continued to have “slumber parties” with little boys even AFTER being charged the first time……. He should have found some friends his own age. You know…. 50.

    • markiechops says:

“he was a freaky child molesting piece of crap until he died and now he is one of the worlds best performers and the king of pop…”

The reality is that he was actually both.

    • Libs says:

I see your point. But are you speaking of the American media where Princess Diana is concerned? She was an icon for charity and kindness in America. Her death was a terrible tragedy.

    • lilkittykittykats says:

      Except diana was roadkill…

  6. Cnn says:

Farrah Fawcett arrived at the Pearly Gates and God asked her what he could do for her having led such an honest life. Farrah asked God to simply make sure the children of the world were safe. Few minutes later, Michael Jackson died.
    :
Reports that Michael Jackson has died of a heart attack in his home are untrue… He actually died having a stroke in the children’s ward.
    :
Breaking News: Casper the friendly ghost was molested in the early hours of this morning!
    :
Michael Jackson hasn’t been this stiff since Macully Culkin spent the night at Neverland Ranch.

    • papajon says:

I know you can post this, but should you? Really? I mean, yes, I know he had his super-freaky side, but you couldn’t even wait until his body was cold? No? wow… ok then.

      • shooped says:

If like MJ you live and breathe media attention then I guess this level of attention, post mortem, would be something you could only dream of.

        • Meowmi says:

I’m not sure he wanted the attention, especially not in the few years since his acquittal.

I imaging living a life where you’ve been a public figure (and therefore vulnerable to public scrutiny and speculation) since you were 4 probably makes the media spotlight something that you don’t actively seek out.

          • sprent2922 says:

Are you serious? He had a 50 concert tour coming up. That’s hardly hiding from the spot light.

      • sprent2922 says:

plastic is a terrible conductor of heat so his body was probably cold very soon after dieing

      • Bah says:

So joking about someone while they’re alive is okay, but after they’re dead, it’s not? It might be tight to tell that joke to his family, but when you’re just conversing as usual there’s no reason to be so damn two-faced.

    • Billy Mayes says:

So what the hell did I do other than provide cleaning products that will wash away evidence USING THE POWER OF THE AIR YOU BREATHE?!?

  7. MehMJ says:

Fuck I was never a fan of MJ so there is no big deal in my mind

  8. atoj says:

You think during his autopsy they’ll find Tinkerbell…

  9. Peter says:

Not true, I hated him before. I was at a bar having a drink when CNN said for the first time he was dead. I started clapping, everyone in the bar stopped what they were doing and stared at me.

Fuck them, I have no love for pedophiles.

  10. Patton says:

    Great guy, good joke :]

  11. Mr.Boobleman says:

Good riddance to a pedophile who was above the law thanks to his money………

  12. Andy says:

The graph isn’t about hating Michael Jackson – It’s about fickle public changing their opinions of people just because they’ve died.

See Princess Diana & Jade Goody (UK Reality star) for other examples.

  13. BOB ONDIS says:

there are 2 problematic groups in the world. the monkeys and the morons. (1) the monkeys. you know them, everyone that apes for the crowd–actors, athletes, entertainers, celebs. their mission-to depict or glorify violence and disrespect. (2) the morons. everyone that hurls money at the monkeys and holds them on high as gods. watching television news magazines that show how much fun the monkeys are having with the money that the morons hurled at them.

    • Mr Monkey says:

which are you? monkey or moron?

    • monnanon says:

In what way do athletes glorify disrespect and violence, they do their respective sports and sometimes they end up on TV and if they are really good they end up in video games. There are some celebs that are famous for doing sweet fa or worse being on reality tv and maybe they do not deserve our money but then its not like anyone is actually handing their money personally to these people.

You comment is a bit widesweaping isnt it? Not every person who is famous is there to depict or glorify violence or disrespect. A lot of actors and athletes, entertainers etc (if not all) put in a lot of hard work and are not there jsut to part us from our cash. As for us, the morons as you have so lovingly labled us, some of us may celeb worship but that is our choice whether or not said person deserves that worship. Everyone needs a hero.

      • Bah says:

Firstly, not everyone needs a hero. I don’t have a ‘hero’.

Secondly, you defend the fact that you may worship people who don’t deserve your praise? Obviously you have a right to free speech, but… damn. You’re actually volunteering to be an idiot?

Maybe you watch so much TV that you don’t have any real heroes to pick from…

        • monnanon says:

I did not mean for it to come across that i am one of the celeb worshipping crowd. I am not but that aside it was probably unfair for me to say that celebs do not deserve praise and love from members of the public. Even if they are only famous for living in a house and doing silly tasks for 3 months that is not usually the reason people like them. Its usually people look and see someone from their walk of life who has suddenly got fame, money and whatever else comes with it. Of course with this worship comes more people who want to be famous without putting any real work into it which is maybe the only real problem from this worship of celeb culture.

Also why cant people from TV be real heros. No im not meaning the group of celebs we mentioned before but most people who have a hero in a sports star have seen them on tv.

lastly everyone does not need a hero, but most people at least have someone who influences them in a positve way.

  14. Ash says:

Yeaaaahhh… The graph itself doesn’t actually say anything bad about Michael explicitly, it says something bad about people in general and our tendency to gloss over everything that was wrong with a person as soon as they’re dead. If this offends you, you might want to take a step back and ask yourself: “Did I -really- like Michael Jackson the 25th? Or am I just falling into line and being a good little griever because of societal pressures?”

  15. Mel says:

I don’t hate the guy, but he definitely wasn’t a favorite of mine. I’m not going to deny that he did indeed make great music, but I can’t get past the “possible-pedophile” part. I honestly believe that he just may have been, but that’s only my opinion. The only thing for certain, is that Michael was a very disturbed man, may he rest in peace.

I did like the graph though. ;) Definitely true about many celebrities, including Michael.

  16. Griffin says:

    this is tasteless

  17. Mr Jefferson says:

Hey kids! lets dance and play and pretend that we’ll never grow up, and then we’ll have a sleepover yay! Then we’ll play and hide from our parents and never tell anyone because it’s our secret yay!

  18. Nubify says:

Lol its easier to hate an alive person than a dead one.

  19. david says:

BIH (burn in hell) Michael Jackson. A child molester, and a plastic surgery junkie.

  20. David M. says:

This is tasteless??? I find half plastic pedophiles pretty tasteless myself. I already know that I’m a cold hearted asshole but I honestly got a good laugh when I heard he died and felt like throwing a party. By the way, EVERYONE DOES NOT LIKE MICHAEL JACKSON!!! If a “regular” person had been accused of the same things that he was accused of and there was the same evidence then the “regular” guy would be hated by all and labeled a pedophile. Funny how people still love these celebrities no matter what they do.

    • Kyle says:

All right, let’s just say all the bad things said about Mr. Jefferson are lies. Let’s just say the police do just go around spending their time framing people for crimes they didn’t commit. Let’s say it’s all made up and Mr. Jefferson is just a nice guy who is trying to be a child because he never had a childhood. Well that’s fine, except he has children now, and when people have children, they have to GROW UP!

    • Matt says:

Yeah, maybe if he was convicted people who liked him would hate him. He was acquitted, and you can’t take a judge and juries decision as a joke. Nothing is set in stone when it comes to court case scenario’s so make your own decision, but don’t go labelling other people’s decisions, thats their job.

Ever hear about the Rachel Nickell story? They tried to convict Colin Stagg, yet the judge threw the case out of court. Colin Stagg was and still is today labelled a rapist and murderer even though years later they found the criminal by DNA evidence, which is 99% conclusive.
Point is, some people are going to say MJ was a pedophile even after being acquitted and some will say that he is innocent after that, both have their reasons..

      • Frank says:

Perhaps Colin Stagg should have paid the main prosecution witness $20,000,000 dollars to suffer a bout of amnesia.

  21. Arlene says:

Actually, I’ve never liked Michael and I never will… I guess it’s sad that he died, but I was more distraught when I heard about Farrah Fawcett…

  22. Chorkie says:

The contrast in apparent literacy level between people who have a problem with this graph and people who don’t is interesting. Sort of paints picture of the sort of mind that’s likely to engage in celebrity worship, especially trendy, of-the-moment celebrity worship…

  23. solo says:

Michal Jackson was better off dead. I herd they melted him into logo blocks so little kids could finally play with him!

  24. Bubbles the Chimp says:

Oh and for anyone who wants to know, we all learned that chimps rip off people’s faces. That’s what happened why I vanished.

  25. Starlinguk says:

C’m on, nobody’s ever -hated- Michael Jackson. Except maybe his two ex-wives.

    • Curmudgeon says:

Don’t know about Debbie Rowe’s state of mind, but Lisa Marie Presley said some sweet things about Michael.

  26. Ummm... says:

I’m confused. He died on the 25th, so shouldn’t the graph be down on that date?

  27. Tray says:

Little boys everywhere are just a little safer…

  28. philip says:

it’s so cool to hate michael jackson. all of you who do, youre getting everyones attention and youre so special and different, just like your mom told you.

  29. Cait says:

i never hated him. guess it’s more of the “you don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone” thing that make ppl craze out right now.

and to all the haters: in the end we’ll see which sins (or alleged sins) will weigh heavier. life’s a bitch and it’s coming back at you! :3

  30. Ralyndra says:

I hate him now just as much as I did before

  31. zooey says:

Just because he was never charged, doesn’t mean it’s not true. OJ’s still running around….

  32. sprent2922 says:

I’ll admit the SOB could dance and was a good entertainer. But he was a failure as a human being who should have used his cash for extensive therapy.

  33. armanrules says:

yeah, now people have a go at me when i tell a micheal jackson joke

  34. Jakester says:

SERIOUSLY. Everyone attacked me when I was upset about him dying…

  35. seriously says:

When MJ has his autopsy they are going to discover that food poisoning was actually the cause of death.

He eat some 12 year old nuts.

  36. Jessica says:

That is so true. All the jokes seemed to have disapeered.

  37. Whirlabou says:

This depends on which Michael Jackson we are talking about. If it’s the Beerhunter I see no reason to hate him anyday.

  38. Haha. says:

    Haha. I still hate him.

  39. Jakernib says:

I hate morons who says ‘everybody’ likes or dislikes. Sorry Samantha – you are deluded. I did not like wako Jacko he was a screwed up individual who had a moment of fame – so, that has contradicted your comment for a start. Sorry that anything dies, even if it is not human. Bye Jacko – bit more oxygen for the rest of us.

  40. Tizum says:

Did you hear they aren’t going to bury or cremate Michael Jackson? He wants to be recycled into grocery bags, that way he will forever remain white, plastic, and dangerous for small children to play with.

    Now that is disrespectful, SAMANTH.

  41. Higgens says:

    Touchy subject. I agree though.

  42. John says:

Well done. For those of you who are not smart enough to realize the truth behind this, well what can I say… I feel sorry for you. Well sort of.

  43. ShutYourMouths says:

About how old are you little worthless snotheads? All you know is what you heard somebody else say. Pick up something and read other than the Enquirer. Little punk head children. I hope one of your little brother’s or sisters die and all their enemies or future enemies come out and trash them.

    • sprent2922 says:

was that directed against the people who are sad he is dead or the one’s who are indifferent?

    • riot says:

it seems we have another anti- freedom of speech person.
go back to whatever communist country u came from

    • Wolverines!!! says:

I’ll take this one. My little brothers are not pedophiles, and if they were, I would understand them trashing them. Just because your hero died doesn’t mean he is suddenly innocent.

    • FBR says:

Haha, and what about you? Were you close friends with Jacko? Did you hear it right from the man himself?

    • some r just stupid says:

Really lets look at your comment here…”All you know is what you heard somebody else say. Pick up something and read…” Now I have laughed and nodded and stayed indifferent on this subject, but you are just stupid. Does it not occure to your little brain that in reading all you are doing is processing what SOMEONE else wrote. Things they heard from somewhere… There is no way to prove fact from fiction unless you were present when the events happened (which I doubt you were). Also… it really isn’t smart to wish something so horrible on someone else. Reguardless of ur own feelings to someone you didn’t know. I doubt this man was ur little brother or sister. Karma hun…

    • mamarosa says:

      I’m 48! Wheeeehhheeehehheeeee.

      How old are you?

    • Lalaland says:

      18!

      • Jas says:

        Know what’s weird?

I just turned 18 in April and I have been so used to being jail bait I didn’t even realize that now, other people are jail bait for me 0.o

Is it wrong that I found it hilarious?

Scary tho, because now I can’t chase away the old freaks with my age. :(

  44. mark says:

I think it was directed at his fellow morons, but I could be wrong…

  45. strassing says:

this is shopped. dont believe everything you see. i am an expert in PS.

  46. Viki says:

Hate is a strong word. Yes many ridiculed MJ before his death, but like many stars, he is getting even bigger after his death. We do like to make fun of people who are alive. He was doing some weird stuff that’s true. I think whoever didnt care for him before his death still agrees that he was very talented and important person. He was a living legend. Now he died. Now he is a legend. Now we realize that we wont see him again. Of course he changed and in my head there will be always the Jackson who sang Billy Jean… He helped so many throughout his life! Do some research. It’s sad that Im among the ones that only realizing how great he was now, when he died.

  47. saltydog says:

MJ won’t be able to hurt little boys anymore that’s for sure. God will judge him now. But, you cannot take away the fact, he was one of our greatest singers, dancer, composer, entertainer, etc. His music will live longer than you and I. It will be here forever. Can you say that about yourself?

    • pulled pork butt says:

There is no god, and MJs legacy is tainted by the fact that he molested little boys.

      • fgsfds says:

Did he? That’s news to me. Last I heard, the parents of the two children involved were found out as being chancers out for a cheap buck.

    • Ditz says:

      A. MJ wasn’t exactly religous so I do not think he shall be seeing God anytime soon.

      B. He was a good singer i will grant you that but he was not or ever will be, the greatest

  48. ashley says:

that seems highly doubtful considering he died on the 25th so the amount would decrease already. also, i highly doubt someone surveyed everyone the day before he died.

  49. Ruman says:

i think the first column should have been at about 80.

  50. Mas says:

    Too soon.

  51. TINA JONES says:

    YOU’RE DISGUSTING.
THIS IS NOT AT ALL FUNNY.
    MAKING FUN OF DECEASED PEOPLE?
THIS IS TOO LOW, EVEN FOR YOU.

  52. JS says:

So good to see that someone also noticed this.
The pedophile fag is dead, good.

  53. me says:

    thank god another pedophile dead

  54. James Emery St. Louis says:

well hey i think he was a freak. check this out it was weird i was watchin’ cnn, and the guy was like,.. oh you know, there was alot of news, today, but uhhh, were just gonna talk about micheal jackson all day, then like 10 minutes later, the lady was like oh were going to the president live now, he’ll be speaking on the situation in iran,,. right they show obama comin’ out the door, and start walking to the podium, but then, it cut back to the newsroom and the lady was like oh well i geuss not,… back to micheal jackson I was Lie “WTF!!!!!!!” it seems like the media just wants to obscure the issues and go after the purulent interest in everybody for sex and celebrity gossip,.. rather than the responsibly cover the situation of heightened-tense political situation domestic and across the world, it’s because of the Shadow Government in operation since 1913.

    • mamarosa says:

      Wow.
I cannot determine if you are some 13 year old kid with average grammar and articulation skills, or are if you are some late middle aged inarticulate, conspiracy theorist with really poor grammar.

I liked how you included the newsperson saying: but, uhhh…..

Sounds like Beavis & Butthead or the movie Idiocracy.

  55. Alex says:

Most of you sound like dicks..

    Mj is a legend.

  56. James Emery St. Louis says:

he’s bigger Now? i havn’t listened to any micheal jackson, or heard, anybody listening to micheal jackson in like,… a long fuckin’ time man

  57. James Emery St. Louis says:

singing and dancing makes you a good person, even if you like to have sex with young boys. this is common sense ignored on the national stage “It is not at all healthy to be perfectly adjusted to a PROFOUNDLY SICK SOCIETY”

    • fgsfds says:

I suppose singing and dancing doesn’t quite make up for having sex with little boys, but then we’re not talking about someone who had sex with little boys, are we?

  58. Tia says:

this graph is an accurate representation of how people think and act and live their lives around celebrities. Michael Jackson was a wonderful musician, I loved his music, loved his dance moves, and for awhile, I loved him. but when people start throwing accusations around, even if they arent true, it stops and makes you wonder. the man had issues, but this graph has nothing to do with that. duh

  59. Micheal Jokeson says:

Micheal Jackson didn’t die of a heart attack, they found him in the childrens’ ward having a stroke!

  60. dickbutt says:

    Trolling ftw.

  61. Billy says:

    AWESOME! That’s perfect.

  62. Jonker says:

That graph as been photoshopped, I can see the pixals!!!!!!!!!!!

  63. L3XA says:

I wonder what he’s going to come back to earth as…you know…reincarnated. According to polls, which animal attacks the largest number of little boys?

  64. Ya Mon says:

Guess his heart couldn’t beat it beat it beat it

  65. :) says:

    Hey dude :)

  66. gjwatson says:

I wonder how long will it be after MJ is laid to rest and the sitings will start???HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

  67. rainbow. says:

I don’t think he’s really dead. I have a feeling, he bought an underground mansion across the street from Elvis’.

    • sprent2922 says:

at least he looked weird enough that rednecks aren’t going to be spotting him buying corn chips in the 7-11 anytime soon.

  68. Tokateer says:

america is crap and micheal didn’t help. period. Long Live America and all of our bystanding bastards with opinions like @$$holes everyone got one and if you don’t like the way it smells then click stumble

  69. yasoup says:

    You people are crazy.
    *calls to doctor*
Put them in with the big white guy who thinks he’s the little black guy.

  70. Bryan says:

Yeah…you might wanna swap places with those two bars. I didn’t hate him until he died. Well, I retract that statement. I hate that he died, not him. I don’t care one way or another for him. I’m just so sick of everyone talking about it.

  71. Brian says:

MJ was a pedophile. I hated him.

  72. Yma says:

Not alot of people hated MJ. He was the most adored performer of all time. He was a little eccentric. Ok, a lot eccentric, but he was always an awesome performer. You are weird.

  73. Sam says:

i’ve always liked him. Sometimes you need to separate the person from their art.

    • Ditz says:

true, but I’m the opposite, I liked some of his art but didn’t like him at all, I didn’t hate him but I didn’t like him either

  74. notolaf says:

I was never an MJ fan, but I thought, “What the heck, I’ll go to youtube and watch some of his videos; should be fun.”

You know what? They were CREEPY. Not good creepy, like Thriller. Just creepy. Like Michael. I had to quit watching.

  75. tgs says:

Besides being the creepiest person ever, he left his kids $400 million dollars in debt. How do you get $400 milion in debt??

  76. Corkey says:

You should be ashamed of your self Micheal Jackson was a very famous and inspirational person to thousands of people R.I.P Micheal. We all love you

  77. MJ FAN says:

screw that chart man mj has always been awesome in my eyes

    • Ditz says:

Hmm your entire anme is in caps, you neglected to put a comma after man, you didn’t start of with a capital letter and you neglected you type ‘MJ’ in capitals evn though they are the initials of someones name.

      • MC says:

        Your comment isn’t any better.
You forgot a period after hmm. You need a comma after ‘letter’, and ‘capitals’. You mispelled ‘name’ and ‘even’. You forgot the apostrophe in ’someone’s.

Go retake Communication Arts before you start criticizing someone’s grammar and spelling.

  78. Casa says:

I’m glad he is dead. He was obviously insane… all those surgerys. Creepy.
    .
Rather sad about Farah though… she gave us farah hair, that totaly hott poster and she was one of the original Angles.

    • Lalaland says:

Her contributions as one of the original angles will never be forgotten in the world of geometry.

  79. That Guy says:

Hey guys, I think we’re forgetting the most important part here. Michael Jackson embodies the American Dream. I mean, in what other country can you be born a poor, black boy and die a rich, white woman?

But, seriously, I would rather shed my tears for the brave souls who die, like the men and women in our military, police officers, firemen and women, and let’s not for get mothers and fathers who die protecting their children. They are more worth our tears than the King of Jiffy Pop.

  80. dutch dave says:

what is brown and can be found in a diaper???

    The hand of michael jackson!!!

  81. dutch dave says:

How is it possible that a lot of people idolize and admire a infantile lunatic, who can not be trusted with children, thinks he is peter pan, has more debts than an average african country, and has used a same amount of chemicals than dowchemicals?

  82. Cami says:

    sheesh you guys are mean.
    rest in peace michael.

  83. teige says:

Notwithstanding his musical talents, the guy was a grotesque mutant
with an appetite for little boys
    Good riddance

  84. Tina says:

    You all need to STFU

  85. hoboduke says:

The King of Pop was his role in USA. He worked with the best talent like Quincy Jones, and he was the greatest entertainer of the time. Seeing him in concert was unbelievable in the 1980’s. Then he got really strange because he was never a normal person. He never had a childhood because his parents lived off the kids working 24/7. Elvis was popular and he reflected us. Michael Jackson was popular, but he was in his own strange Neverland.

    • markiechops says:

If Elvis reflected you then you – like him – must be over 20 stone, addicted to prescription medication, doubly incontinent and sexually attracted to 14 year old girls.

    • Matt says:

I agree; a fantastic entertainer, but people go way over the top when people die young. Mostly Elvis, John Lennon, Princess Diana & now Jacko in my lifetime. Worst was Diana, what was her amazing talent again? Thats right; marrying a poonce, sorry prince. We magnify their positives & almost ignore their negatives. Lennon’s death did deserve some mourning as he was a very creative guy and an innocent victim, but he was almost canonised. I was a huge Beatles fan but when that album came out just before his death I hated it, and still do, a mere pastiche of his better work. Critics agreed too, but EVERYBODY changed their minds after he died, AND Paul McCartney may as well have shot Lennon himself as after that he was portrayed as almost evil so ppl could reassure themselves that John was an angel!!! ROFLMAO! If u liked Michael’s music so much then heap just as much praise on QUinCY JONES, his collaborator/producer on his greatest work. Oh thats right he’s not dead yet so we cant give him any praise or credit!
Was MJ a paedophile??; the payout has left a question that’ll never be answered even though he did share his bed with visiting boys!! Sinatra may have been with the mob, but was a fantastic singer. OJ probably murdered but was hilarious in The Naked Gun series. All unanswered questions…

      • fgsfds says:

“OJ probably murdered” The judge said he didn’t. You don’t get to decide otherwise. Unless “Matt” is short for “Sonia Sotomayor”.

  86. briggy says:

WHAT!?!? WTF KIND OF COMMENT IS THIS??? ANYONE WHO EVER HATED MICHEAL JACKSON IS SOME KIND OF BASTARD OR CHILDRENS AID FOUNDER, AND THOSE PEOPLE SUCK.

    • meganpatricia says:

thats like saying anyone who does like them supports pedophiles. Shut your ass up. Whoever does or does not like him is besides the point. Grow Up.

    • Ditz says:

People who give Aid to Children suck? What on Earth is worng with you sense of morality?

  87. Molseted says:

I used to love how he made me feel when I was a kid… too bad he is dead now… I’m gay for him

  88. meganpatricia says:

he died. oh well. life goes on. he was a genius but… he was weird so personally i don’t really care. Now when Luther Vandross died i was upset

  89. Nini says:

Actually I think the haters remain as many as they were. People who found him funny, might be less prone to jokes for a while.

  90. sexixiii bwoi says:

    I don’t believe he’s dead
His trainer said he was in great shape and enthusiastic before it happened.
Also it said he was in debt millions.
I knew it was all a set up from the moment I heard about it.
M.J is probably somewhere doing the moonwalk right now.

    • L3XA says:

Ya…he’s also probably just pretending he’s dead so he can hear what people will say about him…I certainly don’t put it past him.

  91. littlecatsnest says:

    ye thats right

  92. littlecatsnest says:

but how would no one in the world have seen him while everyone think he is dead you know everyone would have think he is a ghost when they see him and how did he get a fake dead body?

  93. sith_lord11 says:

well it goes like this…yeah i liked some of his music(i grew up listening to it) but to be perfectly honest i’ll still crack MJ jokes(what’s the difference btwn Michael Jackson & acne…..one waits til your 15 to come on your face…zing!) so he died. people die all the time, in his case though no one paid any attention til he died. does anyone remember the album he had in 2003-2004? does anyone remember how NO ONE bought it? and as far as his tour goes(the tour that will never happen now)…i wouldn’t pay for it, i’d get it off the net. and to all the people saying how wonderful he was; yeah he had talent but he was also screwed up-dont let the media tell you who to worship, you have a mind put it to good use

  94. museyoucanuse says:

oh will most of you just stfu. disrespectful chumps.

  95. idontlikepedophiles says:

Ok that last note inspired me to post a couple of MJ jokes.

What’s the difference between a grocery bag and MJ?
One is white, plastic, and dangerous for children to play with and the other you put your groceries in…

What does a can of tuna and MJ have in common?
They both come in small cans…

  96. Ditz says:

I will comment on several aspects of Micheal Jackson’s life.

Music-Now I was never a great fan of his music but I do think Thriller is one of the 100 Greatest movies of all time, some of other music wasn’t that special though.

Mental Stability-I do think that most of his Psychological were obviously due to his childhood but that does not excuse all those things he’s done over the years.

Accusation of Peadophillia-I’m not syaing he actually did it but then I’m not saying he didn’t all I know is that he was charged with the Molestation of a Child and then he payed the family of the Child and it all went away.

Death-I believe it is disgusting all the media attention there has been about his death has taken away from real news like the conflicts in Iran.

  97. sith_lord11 says:

kudos to you for mentioning that real news such as the worsening of our economy or the war in iran has been overshadowed by something that happens everyday(DEATH).

  98. ShroudedOne says:

It’s a lie. I know plenty of people who hate him/her just as much now, as they/we ever did. Never liked the ‘music’ MJ made, never liked the dancing, never liked anything about MJ. It is quite an understatement to say I simply despise the dead fool. In fact, several of us (250 ppl) had a party celebrating the death of MJ. We plan to have many, many more…

    • haha says:

I know a lot of people who hated MJ, too.I also know a lot of people who loved him. The thing is, if you ask almost anyone 30 years old or older, a majority of them will say he was an icon and a legend and that they could connect with them. You would think this graph was correct by the comments, but I bet the majority of the readers on this website are from 14- 25 years old. I never knew MJ in person and I’m not about to act like a moron and use what the media says to determine my value of people.

  99. penguin_man says:

I hate all the talk about him, shut up already.

    • penguin_man says:

btw, I heard since he’s mostly made of plastic, they’re going to melt him down, and make legos out of him, so little boys can play with him for a change.

      • Captian Obivious says:

Stop with the lego joke already. That was posted at least 900 times already. I’ve gotten it texted to me at least 40 times this week!

    • dundee says:

      true that

  100. carpediem94 says:

Interesting statistic. Anyway, I’ve always respected Micheal. We can’t blame him for being human, or for having a skin disease, or that there are hundreds of controversies surrounding his Neverland home. :-( RIP Micheal Jackson.

  101. dundee says:

ok, nice graph but it’s incomplete. what about the percentage after MJ’s ressurection?
(everybody who comments something after this is a frikkin childmolester, but a sorry-ass one too)

  102. hesaidandshesaid says:

Hard to hate someone you don’t know well enough to have had personal encounters with … just a thought. Interesting site though.

    http://hesaidandshesaid.wordpress.com/2009/06/30/she-said-michael-jackson/

    • MC says:

But the thing with celebrities is, they bare their lives to the public enough that everyone knows who they are. And, like people they know firsthand, everyone has the choice to like or dislike.

Anyways, just because I don’t know a murderer or child molester doesn’t mean I don’t hate them.

  103. L3XA says:

All I know is…Michael was young, old, black, white, woman and man…all at the same time.

  104. Original says:

to all you Michael Jackson haters.. I’m sorry, is that not how all of you acted when you were the king of pop?? oh wait, you never were.
    BAM

  105. e2dayou says:

there is nothing more special than sharing your bed with someone (12 year old boy on shoulder who later claims that Michael molested him) not a pedophile- in the words of that 20/20 guy give me a break

  106. art says:

so u never watched television on bed or sofa with your 12 or so years old nephil or sons…hum…

    • Keeb says:

It’s different when it’s family. When you pick kids you don’t even know to share a bed with you it’s sick.
Pedophile – an adult who is sexually attracted to young children. That about sums up MJ’s relationship with young boys!!!
