  6. me!!! says:

    i’m 11 and i usually go 2 bed round 1 am

  7. GHM says:

Too bad this can’t take into account the day of the week. M-Thurs: 11; F & Sat: 6, if at all; Sun: 8.

    Working for the weekend…

  8. Gustav says:

Old people don’t go to bed early, and when people have kids at 31-40, their bed time is usually the same as the 0-5 column.

  9. tr069 says:

I understand your hesitation on the way down…lol

  10. Amelia says:

my bed time was 8:30 and then 9 until highschool. in highschool it was 10, and i had an 11 oclock curfew on the weekends.

now that i’m in college i try to go to bed at 11, or if my classes are not at 8 am like they are now then i go to bed at 12. except on the weekends.

    sooo untrue.

  11. Darth Yoda-Wan Windujinn says:

I’m 14 and generally go to bed around 3:30. xD

  12. Super cool kid says:

  13. TheRealWazzar says:

I’m 19 and go to bed sometime from 12-1 most weeknights. I’m going to try getting to sleep earlier though :P

  14. mally says:

Doesn’t using ranges as the values on the axes defeat the purpose of using a line graph?? Just a thought.

  15. Statler says:

you have obviously never met my grandma!

  16. Courtney says:

My three year old has decided on an 11PM bedtime, can someone come over and explain the graph to her? Maybe it would help.

    • Morn says:

My kids go to bed at 8 (they are an almost-3 and 4.5 y/o) and the rule is simple – you do not have to sleep but you do have to be quiet. You need to establish WHO IS THE BOSS.

      • Xalver says:

Exactly we had a hell of a time getting our son to bed when he was a toddler because we didn’t enforce a bed time. You will need to endure a few night of screaming but once it’s set and they realize they can’t fight it you’ll be fine.

And yes this graph is 100% accurate to nearly everyone I know and to my life in general, anyone who says otherwise lives under a rock…

  17. 3ntropy says:

so accurate. no matter how hard i try, @ 32 yrs old, it’s usually 11pm to 12am for me.

  18. Katava says:

    This is very inaccurate….

  19. GS says:

I’d say this is pretty accurate. I’m 13 and during the summer I usually turn off the lights at like 12:30 a.m.

  20. JCrow says:

My grandpa is 90 and 7-9PM is just about the only time he’s always awake. He naps randomly during the rest of the day, and sometimes stays up all night watching TV.

  21. LOLHAHAFUN!!!1 says:

Ok….This has to have a mistake cuz my dad (65) goes to bed at 2-3 AM <.< This is the fail :O

  22. invertedcontinuum says:

this is actually pretty accurate for me. i am about 15, and i usually got to bed around 10PM to midnight (depends on whether or not i stay up playing battlefront 2)

  23. rich says:

Viagra will keep you up for four hours, after that, call your physician.

    You call a doctor at 2:00 a.m.

  24. Bethurz says:

    I’m 17 and it’s 5:45am.

    The graph is wrong. ;D

  25. tammi says:
