For the simple reason that there exist people that enjoy the song “Never Gonna Give You Up,” such as myself, the final value simply cannot be 100. Also, since we are talking about Rick Astley, there may not exist an original idea based upon his existance and Internet infamy. It is to be assumed that the remaining 10% are miscillaneous activity.

The careful observer would also note that this is, as a matter of fact, NOT a pie chart. The values do not need to add up to 100 for the graph to make sense. I can see where the values being percentages may have tipped you off, but I must insist this fact.
