I’ve got it all planned out. I come from a family with male-pattern baldness on both sides, so I’ve grown a long ponytail, even though I’ve still got a full head of hair.
See, when I finally decide to shorten my hair again, I’ll take the stuff I’ve grown over the past three years and have it made into a wig. That way, I’ll have a full crop of my own hair for the rest of my life. (And at the color it was in in my 20s, to boot!)

I wear ponytails all the time, but that’s because I have long hair.
I wear ponytails all the time, but I’m a 7th grade girl with longish hair, so it’s not creepy. Middle aged men wearing ponytails? Kinda weird / hippy-ish. Especially when they are BALDING on the top of the head, like in those pictures.
