My mom won’t let me use my alarm clock cause the alarm is too loud….

Your mother is a fool, alarm clocks are meant to be load otherwise how would they wake you.
My alarm clock is barely audible. It is the sound of a boat horn, but it’s almost at the minimum setting. When I had a louder alarm, I often didn’t have time to wake-up before pressing a button. And sometimes I turned the alarm off instead of snoozing without even waking up. Now I don’t have the same urge to make it stop. I know it’s that sound that should wake me up (and it’s now an irritating sound when I hear it during the day), but it’s not so loud that I have the reflex to turn it off.

Wow, what a coincidence… my alarm clock actually DID malfunction this morning, and I was 40 min late to work! LOL

I usually work weird shifts (4pm – midnight or 4am to noon anyone?) so the “if it’s light you should be here” thing wouldn’t work for my boss… I’m almost never late though so it doesn’t matter.
Works for me! My cat likes to push the buttons and mess with the settings, and most all of my boses also have slightly evil kittys. *smirk*

My old one actually did malfunction consistently, but I got a new one. At least it works…

That’s why I’m glad i take a train, that way you can blame the train.
I also find the old style alarms (the ones with the two bells and a hammer on top) ore really excellent for smashing your naughty bits right before you climax

Unfortunately, that would inconvenience procrastinators and other people who just have a lot of stuff to get done.

gotta love that phrase… that means catching up on missed TV, vid games, and conversations with friends- not work, right?

alarm a lot. luckily I have teachers who are just like me and do it too.
