That’s a lot of interest…
Not necessarily. The y-axis isn’t assigned any values, so it could start with very little interest, go to none, and go back to very little interest.
Keep it up with those comments, and I’ll unassign your y-axis.
Pfft. Boor.
People have an interest in American Idol?
i know right
While I agree with the content, it is very boring. *yawn*
Fail… or maybe not. The content AND the graph are both boring. That’s what I meant to say.
Huh?? I always thought it was ” American Idiots” but the media mis-spelled it.
I prefer to call it American Idle.
lol, probably an overestimation of the interest, i’m sure if people actually watched it THAT much then at least 90% of Americans could name all of the winners…all i remember is Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood.
But that could just be me
Don’t forget Clay Aiken and Fantasia.
Clay Aiken made second, Ruben Studdard won season 2, Clay just became more famous
Tink,
It must really suck being you.
95% of people know who William Hung is, about 10% could tell you who won last season.
American Idol is one of those weird things that apparently EVERYBODY is in love with, but not a single person I know watches it…
i love the auditions. after that
i quit.
I think only 40+ women watch American Idol all the way through. My mom is a very good example. I, myself, only watch one or two auditions so I can laugh at the people who suck then completely forget about it.
I used to watch it all the way through, because it was a guaranteed way to distract my math teacher the next day. Actually, come to think of it, I’ve had three math teachers obsessed with American Idol.
learning math is a good thing, you should not distract your math teachers…then again my math teacher distracted us with a card game called big 2 – we told the administrators it was teaching us probability and statistics, since it was an AP stats class back in high school
lucky…
Assuming the difference between the first point on the Y Axis and the highest point is finite, then this is correct. Still not funny though :\
that is 99% true. the other 1% is i watch x-factor
American Idol is awesome the whole way through! This is some BS. If you like the show, these dues are hilarious: http://www.idol-pundits.com
so true!
Idol = waste of my precious blog time!
and anyway… whats a TV? FIOS FTW
I never watched it all the way through. I just watched it all the way through. Apparently people in my city can’t sing and are very obese (okay, the obese thing wasn’t much of a surprise, really…). Um. There was Fantastia. Carrie Underwood…uh…
So true it hurts
strange. You have an extremely low pain threshold yet still are able to watch american idol???
Funny and interesting. We want to see the wacky ones and then the ones that win.
When it displaces House M.D., the interest value plunges straight through the bottom of the graph.
my version of this graph never gets above the x axis
i agree with it somewhat i allways watch the auditions just to laugh at people who suck and then watch the finale to see who im going to be hearing on the radio 24/7 for the next year.
Were is the bathroom?
this is so true. I always watch the auditions then I dont watch the actual competition. Then I watch the finale. LOL
lol, soo true!
