The title of the graph doesn’t make any sense. It ruins the graph and removes any small amount of humor there would have been in referencing Bill Nye.

It’s an honest observation. The graph could have worked if the person had thought it out just a little more. When graphs that are this flawed come up on the voting pages people should vote FAIL so the person can try again instead of giving everything an “A for effort.”
