The occurence of an _evil_ twin seems to be even higher on the soap operas, methinks.
You FAIL. The occurence of a twin is always higher than the occurence of an evil twin. And you don’t even need statistics to prove that.

I’d like to point this out, for every evil twin, there is always the one who isn’t evil, being the good twin.
However, there’s always a chance that both are good or both are evil. An evil person could have an evil twin. Which to them would be good, because as everyone knows, two evils make a good.
So you really can’t say that the chance is always higher that they won’t be evil than not.
I think the comment refers to the differences between
the ‘real’ world and the ’soap opera’ world.
Real world – occurrence of an _evil_ twin, maybe not_so_high.
(We are, after all, talking about the ‘real world’.
Where life is maybe not so interesting)
Soap Opera World – occurrence of an _evil_ twin
(occurrence of at least one twin being evil) pretty_darn_high.

Fail graph – i am a twin, i know 2 other sets of twins and a group of triplets so more common than this piece of crap

There graph is merely mistitled and should have been: “Likelihood of having a long-lost evil twin”

Anecdotal evidence is not data. The occurrence of twins in the general population is less than 1.3 percent. Hard to tell without smaller increments on the y-axis, but if anything I’d say the graph is skewing high.
Yeah, actually I looked up the numbers before I made this graph and tried to adjust accordingly. So, FAIL COMMENT.
I mean this in the nicest way possible: take a statistics course. Or, just read up on non-singleton births.
i have an A level in maths stats and study economics for my degree i know a couple of things about economics, i’m just saying, stats maybe stats but sods law says they’re not true, on top of the twons and trips i mentioned i also forgot to say my aunties are twins and i used to live round the corner with another set of twins and i’m pretty sure i know quite a few other, so either a stats course is gona tell me my life has a freakily high level of twins or i’m an anomaly

You forgot “In Shakespeare’s ‘The Comedy Of Errors’” a LOT of people have twins in there.
