I wonder if “as a prototype and / or a publicity stunt” and ‘if they leave us alone and let us do our job” oughtn’t be switched? After all, publicity stunts and prototypes are usually lower quality (less good) and were “they [to] leave us alone and let us do our job”, wouldn’t the results be good?

I suppose it could be. When I made the graph, though, I was remembering clients on short-lifecycle, low-budget projects. If they pester, then it’s inevitably late, breaking the “fast”. I also disagree with the logic that publicity stunts and prototypes are lower quality. Less complex, sure, but that is a different animal.
You swapped Good/Cheap and Fast/Cheap.

I would swap the purple and the teal.
