Incorrect source or offensive?

Even water is $5 at airports sometimes.
at circe de solei it was 7$
Um, what’s the point of this one? It’s pretty obvious… Unless of course nobody has been to an airport, a movie theater, or a sports game. Sheesh.
Also forgot the vending machine halfway through the 4-hour line for the roller coaster at the theme park
How’s this funny?
So, where’s the joke? Though rather accurate, this contains no humor. It’s just basic statistical analysis.
It’s not even statistical, nor is it analysis. It’s just fact.
Actually, I think this could count as statistical analysis. As a statistical analyzer, I do things like this (better worded, maybe more scientific), all the time. Cost of same procedures at various hospitals, same thing different subject.
Statistics are number representations to prove facts.
Chandler? Is that you?
hahahhahhahaha
ahahahahahha it’s still funny
a *SAD* fact even.
A few feet above your head, apparently.
Well it could be cheap in airports, but since passengers cannot bring thier own drink anymore, they’re just being milked
So, in fact, they *are* bringing beverages…?
Not bad. I would have added “Vending Machines” between Wal-Mart and Movies, personally.
In my experience, things are more expensive at football games. $9 for a 12 oz. beer…. But the bar at the airport in Washington DC was cheaper than that for sure.
Next time, try a linear Y axis.
Yeah because the circular Y axis (s)he used just isn’t working for me.
I think he means to say scale fail
if the lines are all the same distance apart, why the hell are they labeled 1.59, 3.50, 5.00, 8.00 and 9.00
I wouldnt rly have bothered if 8.00 was labeled 7.00 or something like that. the others at least have a bar leading exactly to them.
LOL … circular Y… this comment is the only funny thing about this!
You missed out Disneyland!
Or how about on a cruise?
Is this from the easy graph builder thing? The scale on the y axis is completely not consistant…skews the data.
Scale FAIL
Ever hear of that vending machine Coke invented that would alter the price depending on how hot it is outside?
At Angel Stadium, a 20oz bottle of water is $3.75. I would go to the store and get a LITER bottle to take in (you could do that, as long as the seal wasn’t broken) and I’d pay $1.59.
most new york groceries: 2 L of about anything for ~$1.79.
you should have added “amount of time you’ll have drink you paid X amt for… before security person decides you can’t have it anymore”
(oh yes, i’ve traveled through the airport lately. and i work at football games. at least you’ll get a change to drink your flat walmart soda before they take it away!)
Duty-free brocolli.
Forgot one… Disney World… likely the most expensive of all
Before I even saw the bottom of the graph, I knew the tallest line would have “airport” there.
Its even cheaper at me school. $1 from the vending machines.
Actually the most expensive has to be British Public Transport (i.e. Trains.) It’s now a (rather unfunny) public joke that if you do get collared by the person who pushes the trolley they’ll rip you of for probably 5-6 times what it is worth (a 50p can of coke can cost £2.50 -£3 ($5-$6)) Most people learn this and take something with them when travelling on the train.
I work at a cinema and a small soda is actually $4.50

We are not allow to pass by security with liquids. But after security there are like 1000 vending machines.
:L
where i am the soda is less than a dollar, like 50 cents if you go to Kwik Trip (gas station store franchise)
