As the OP, I meekly submit to your excoriation. I can only say in my defence that I merely submitted the above graph as a kneejerk response to the similar graph about women’s magazines, and was rather expecting that, as per the busier Cheezburger and Politics, it would be tidied up a little and generally enhumourised by enthusiastic graph lovers everywhere. Instead, they have such a paucity of material they post it directly to the blog.

As for “barely naked”, in my defence, it is common (if illogical) British English. Apologies for the internationalisation fail.

I’m assuming that’s supposed to read “barely clothed.”
“Barely naked” is sill naked, and thus only appears on a certain category of “Men’s Magazines.”
