    • Cow says:

Also, Very boring graph v_V kinda biased :P

      • jack mehoff says:

I think Bill Ayers makes me cringe a tad more than Joe the Plumber. I’m pretty sure Joe never had any plans to overthrow the government, and if successful, to attempt to “re-educate” the remaining opposition, and those who could not be re-educated would be killed, concentration camp style. The number they estimated would have to be eliminated was about 25 million. That kinda has a higher cringe factor in my book. But that’s just me…

        • asd2w23423sd says:

oh, and guilty by association sure makes a whole lot of sense..

          idiot.

          • jack mehoff says:

no, perhaps obama doesn’t think the same way just because he sat on a committee with this guy for years and launched his political career from a party in his living room.

And just because he sat in Rev. Wright’s church for 20 years doesn’t mean that he thinks “God Damn the USA.”

And just because he went to a dinner honoring Rashid Khalidi, former spokesman for the PLO – the terrorist organization that bent on the destruction of Israel, and there is allegedly video, which the LA Times has confirmed, but refuses to release, showing him there applauding some rather controversial statements, doesn’t mean that he wants to see the destruction of Israel.

And just because his aunt is illegally in this country living in taxpayer funded housing in Boston, despite the fact that over a year ago she was told she needed to leave the country, doesn’t mean he’d be soft on immigration…

But when you start to see patterns like this it certainly does make you wonder…

            Blind fool.

            • lolzalotamus says:

do you masturbate to fox news?

              1. Other republican senators sat on the same committee that Obama did with Ayers. And in asking for proof of ‘launching his campaign from Ayers livingroom’, a McCain campaign spokesperson could add nothing but ‘we need transparancy’ despite the fact that obama already disclosed all information relating to Ayers.
              2. Bush had dinner with Osamas family a week before 9-11, a supposed video of Obama clapping? ooooo, im so scared.
              3. Todd Palin was a member of Independence Alaska, a group who wants Alaska to no longer be apart of the ‘lower 48′.
              4. Attacking his aunt? You’ll pull whatever you can out of your ass wont you? McCain gave a speach in SoCal at a Mexican festival saying he would reform immigration to the benefit of people living in Mexico. The next morning he was forced by this republican supporters and colleagues to apologize and take back all statements relating to immigration made the previous day….what a maverick….
              5. McCain supports socialism just as much as Obama does which is not at all. The socialist canidate for president said so himself after McCain brought it up.
              6. Calling democrats fake americans? How patriotic of you Palin. Good thing democrats dont get bloodlust like republicans do, otherwise america would probably be a smoldering pile right now.

              • jack mehoff says:

I masturbate to just about anything.

                1. You obviously have more blind trust in Republicans than I do if their mere presence makes Ayers an ok guy.
                2. Osama’s family disowned him years ago.
                3. Shall we get into some of Michelle Obama’s radical past?
                4. Low perhaps, but telling…
                5. There are two socialist parties in the US. One of them does have their own candidate. The other has cross-endorsed Obama. If taxing producers and giving the money to non-producers isn’t socialism, please tell me what it is, and I’ll start calling it that instead.
                6. Republicans have blood lust? What party brought us the Vietnam war? Who started the Korean war? Who brought is into WW2? WW1? I’ll give you a clue. It starts with a “D” and rhymes with femocrat.

                • lolzalotamus says:

Evading issues, how classy of you. Its not even an issue, not even slightly suspicious to you (during an election) that Bush had dinner with Osama. I have faith in republicans being blind, thanks for proving me right. Thats a good lead to start with, justice for some, not for others, Socialism for elites and capitalism for middle class.

Michelles ‘radical’ past. Doesnt McCain campaign on being a maverick? Wouldn’t a maverick be ‘radical’? Isn’t saying ‘blah blah blah’ to nuclear saftey and bit ‘radical?

As if republicans even can call anyone else low, not even fox denies that.

Socialism–noun 1. a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole…..In other words, the american population would OWN the banks, spreading the wealth means exactly what it sounds like. Ever heard the term Commonwealth? –noun 1. (initial capital letter) a group of sovereign states and their dependencies associated by their own choice and linked with common objectives and interests…..we DONT HAVE THAT! Corporations have socialism, which they do as they own everything. the american population has capitalism –noun an economic system in which investment in and ownership of the means of production, distribution, and exchange of wealth is made and maintained chiefly by private individuals or corporations….and who owns the capital? The people McCain will give a tax cut to.

And really? WW1 begins in 1914, America declares war on Germany in 1917, the war ends in 1919. Two years. Woodrow Wilson won re-election on pro-neutrality statements in 1917. US ships were attacked by Germany, we entered the war. WW2 starts 1939, America enters in 1941, Dec 7, troops are sent out in spring 1942 strategically. War ends 1945. Three years. Vietnam, 30 year war, with both democratic and republican presidents involved. The korean war, three years. Point being Neutrality should be the aim, which is a democratic trait.

                  • lolzalotamus says:

I partially agree, perhaps a machination is already in place by the recent distrust of government to move towards a socialist or Commonwealth society yet electing a president with those traits is unlikely perhaps only due to media functions. However ‘taking things back from washington’ would not guarantee a positive change for the people. Either way a president will be elected who holds a great weight on his shoulders. Trust in the government as much as you trust in yourself to make change in government for the people arround you. I bet on obama, but thats just me.

                  • Average Guy says:

                    Tl;DR

              • Sean says:

Who DOESN’T masturbate to Fox News? The lady journalists on there are HOT!

            • The sauce says:

I got help getting a job from someone who was racist and homophobic…does that make me the same? BTW I am pro same-sex marriage and racism makes me livid…

Just because I am in their presence and put up with them does not make me one of them. Same goes for Obama.

        • Aryss says:

Missing the point. This is not about politics per se, but about the repetition of the SAME DAMN CATCHPHRASES ad nauseum. Especially by Palin and her god awful accent. Each time I hear her say “Maverick” I get the urge to fly a plane into an American landmark.

      • Marshal says:

Lol at expecting a GraphJam graph to uphold journalistic standards :P

  2. CapM says:

    You forgot “Spread the Wealth!”

  3. Uncle Fester says:

Thank you for the intensely dull comment in both meanings of the word (that is, ‘dumb’ and ‘boring’)

“kinda biased” translates to “I like the phrase ‘Joe the Plumber’” it would seem…

  4. Jordan says:

Where’s ‘Hope’, ‘Change’, ‘Spread the Wealth’, ‘This is the first time in my adult life that I am proud of my country’, ‘We are the ones we’ve been waiting for’, and ‘God Damn America!!!’?

    • 216 says:

I think you’re on the wrong site. You want Foxnews.com

      • jack mehoff says:

Kinda sad that that’s the only place to hear the truth be reported these days, isn’t it?

        • 216 says:

Sure is. I only wish all the people that wanted that kind of truth would stay there or move to Germany with the other Nazis.

          • I resent the implication of Nazis still living and flourishing in Germany. The few Nazis left are war criminals who are on the run, and Germany is first in line to hunt them down. Germany has learned from and atoned for its mistakes, so please find another example.

There were other genocides committed in other countries, including one that is going on right now, so why not make references to them?

Stereotyping Germans as Nazis is the same as stereotyping all Americans as overweight, stupid and spoiled—it isn’t true.

Click on my handle for education about the real Germany, not the Germany that existed in WWII.

        • jack mehoff says:

It’s because he’s a big fat poopie head.

        • sgk says:

I was lead to believe Fox News was biased just based on comments made by my parents and the views of the commentators on Fox(Like Bill O’Reilly).
But as for general news Fox is just as reliable as any other network.
The opinion shows are where things differ.
CNN and MSNBC lean pretty far left with their opinion shows. MSNBC leans farther left than any news channel on earth. They think they are ‘balanced’ by having Scarborough on there, but he’s not even allowed to spout his idiotic opinion anymore, so it’s completely left.
Fox has far right opinion shows nearly or just as extreme as MSNBC.

The point is, if you’re looking for news, look anywhere. If you want opinions to help shape your own biased ass view watch which ever network’s opinion shows that appeal to you.

          • lolzalotamus says:

I kinda always saw it as

            MSNBC(liberal) CNN(moderate) Fox(conservative)
and the polling they do supports that when compared simultaneously.

Personal interpretation of facts and ‘decoding’ rhetoric is key to any type of political discussion. Ive heard many conservatives call CNN to the left but if they are its very slight. The coverage just after the first presidential debate was honest, Biden might have spoke on CNN just after it but Palin wasn’t available for questioning.

  5. Evertide says:

    What? No “change”?

    • Bobby says:

that was my first thought with about and infinity rating on the scale…but that’s just me…and Evertide apparently.

  6. fubuki says:

My friends, I am personally disappointed that the phrase “my friends” did not appear on this chart.

  7. Bud Tugly says:

    And we is

    “Change we need”

    cringe factor 10.0

  8. Mycatownsahuman says:

Cringe factor off the charts: “another Bush we can’t trust”. Talk about sexist. :-(

  9. Heleanora says:

    you forgot “lipstick on pitbull”

  10. eric says:

maverick should have been 1st. everytime i hear that retarded hick say it, i pray for her to get raped by a moose.

    • 216 says:

Now that would be something to see.
All that moose spunk in her junk. This kinda of image is the very thing Jack Mehoff lives for. If only the moose could show him some love as well. If only anyone had shown him any love, he might have turned out a decent human being.

      • January says:

Way to project there, about Jack Mehoff. Just looking at your comment thread with him, I can safely say that YOU were the one who should have been shown some love so you could have been a decent human being.

Seriously, what’s the deal with insulting, slandering, and wishing harm upon anyone who dares disagree with you? This is liberal “tolerance” and “kindness”? If that’s the case, I’ll stick with the apparently “Nazi” conservatives. I’ve yet to have one of them insult me or want me hurt because we disagree about something.

    • January says:

Why don’t you go take a long walk off a short pier, you misogynistic bastard?

  11. Fritters says:

Wow, that’s so one-sided it’s about to slide out of my browser….

    0_o

    • sgk says:

True. However everything Obama says is quite frilly and hard to find anything to cringe about. ‘Eye-rolling’ worthy however…

Pretty much anything that comes out of Palin’s mouth is cringeworthy.
Everything that comes out of McCain’s mouth makes me want to *headdesk*
Everything that comes out of Obama’s mouth makes me roll my eyes and/or imagine fields and rainbows everywhere.

Gotta agree with Sagramor up there, there’s no point arguing as we’re screwed either way.

  12. Shance says:

I still say that graphjam is a terrible place for political junk. Please go back to funny stuff?

  13. Jessica says:

Can’t wait till the election is over so we can finally get back to our live :)

  14. Charlie says:

You left out the worst one!!! CHANGE!

  15. Anna says:

We can’t afford [length of term] more years of the failed policies of the [current incumbent] administration.

Not really partisan, I’m sure republicans will be saying this four years from now.

  16. January says:

Can we PLEASE get some jokes about liberals if we MUST have politics leave PunditKitchen?! Really, the bias is sickening.

Also, “Hope”, “Change”, and “We don’t need 4 more years of Bush” need to be added to this. Possibly include “Yes we can” and “We are the ones we have been waiting for”. Also up for consideration is “*insert problem here*… and that is why I should be President of the United States”. Honestly, given the repetitive nature of Sen Obama’s speeches, we could include at LEAST 25% of his apparent vocabulary. :|

I can’t wait to be flamed for all my comments here. All hail the Hypnobama!

    • yessiridisapprove says:

Seriously, why does everybody care about the neutrality piece so much? This is one individual’s opinion. It’s supposed to be funny, not necessarily accurate anyways.
People aren’t neutral. Life isn’t nonpartisan. Get over it.

  17. Dexaan says:

Mario the Plumber > Joe the Plumber.

  18. DT says:

    “Change” should be a 6.

  19. PapaJon says:

Now there’s a graph… Kicked-ass-ness of mario the Plumber vs. Joe the Plumber.

Or how about phrases I wish I heard more like “Change you can deceive in!” :)

Go ahead, flame away… if it makes you feel better, have at it.

  20. alexp says:

how about “change” and “my friends” being up there with joe the plumber and maverick oh god…

  21. Che G. says:

Yep, ‘my friends’, ‘friends’ numero uno.

  22. Che G. says:

How bout a retronym ‘joe the liar’. jtp is not actually a licensed plumber (dropped out of cert school in 2003), uses union logo on my space page but not union member, says he prefers lower taxes but actually prefers no taxation (see jtp back tax owed & tax liens), says he was buying a business of which the alleged seller says no such conversation took place, and the coup de gras, jtp’s admission that he has relied on welfare on more than one occasion.
