  1. squeebles says:

Actually a good portion of that ought to be “Being bitten by it.”.

    Also, first.

    • Khaaaaaaan says:

Don’t forget bathing it. This graph smells like an unwashed ferret.

      • queek says:

actually, too-frequent bathing makes a ferret smell worse. They shouldn’t be bathed more than once a month, if at that. Mine get a bath once or twice a year during coat-shed time at most, and don’t have an odor much at all.

Information courtesy of the Mustelidae Anti-Defamation League, who approved this message.

        • idiotqueek says:

actually, you should bathe your ferrets once a week or every other week with a good shampoo and warm water. the “stink” is a musk aka oil, improper washing won’t remve the oil but will spread it. Washing any animal is important to keep bacteria from spreading… to the animals or the hoomins…

    • SKW says:

Agreed. Those things are aggressive and have monster teeth.

      • nakitsura says:

Dude their teeth are like a centimeter long. My kittehs have bigger teeth than my carpet sharks! Next you’re gonna say they have massive talons, capable of spearing 5 grown men like a kabob!
        Wimp.

    • Scary Dream says:

Wow, you beat me to it. I was going to post something that said exactly that. Kudos!

  2. Morgan says:

    …Getting owned by it.
Wonder why you got a ferret..
…Watching your in-laws run in fear as it crawls from under the couch…

  3. queek says:

    FERRET!

The fuzzies are either sleepin’ hard or playin’ hard, and there’s not much inbetween.

    *dooks*

  4. BAW says:

This could apply to a cat also.

  5. badcat says:

No allocation for sock location and/or retrieval?

    • queek says:

      totally!

TV remotes, keys, pens, bathmats, anything not nailed down. . . .

      Carpe Featum! Seize the Socks!

      • Kit says:

Also shoes. I’m missing several, and I think they are under the dresser.

This graph is also missing ‘time spent cleaning poop out of the corner of the room’… darn tube rats… no matter how hard I train them, how many times I move the litter box… they always pick the one corner without one!

  6. Ichad says:

Forgot to allocate time for “wishing to add wings and propeller.

  7. Mallory says:

Or time poking it while it sleeps.

  8. DieNarrin says:

WOW, was thinking that I could switch out Ferret for husband. Complete with the addition of comments for bathing!

  9. irishkid says:

one good thing about ferrets is they always stash all the stuff they steal in one place….so if you lost something there is a good chance it is in their stash

    • kit says:

Except for when your ferret decides the weasel-chi is out of allignment and suddenly moves everything to another spot for no obvious reason.

      • ClickClickNow says:

        Weasel-chi. I didn’t know there was weasel-chi.
        I like the idea. :-)

      • queek says:

aka “The Grand Toy Realignment” as every toy must be moved to a new location. This can go on for half an hour, as different toys get moved to different stashes by different fuzzies.

  10. Pamela says:

I spend half my time wondering if they’re actually alive. They sleep in such impossible positions. When they’re awake, they just look like they’re drunk and/or trying to kill each other. It’s rather amusing. Then there’s the time spent trying to outsmart them. Nothing makes me feel dumber than Loci and Bandida (my ferrets).

  11. SensibleP says:

Really? My ferret was great. He was hyper, playful, and never bit.
He never slept, either though, and that was a serious problem.

  12. stencer says:

Yeah I’ve never known a ferret to bite. People who say that are almost always ignorant and know nothing about ferrets. Dogs bite way more than ferrets. And they can be dangerous.

  13. Becky says:

Actually, you forgot “picking up its poop”. :)
And yes, I am HAPPILY owned by four little fuzzbutts, who would never DREAM of biting anyone!!

    • MajorYoshi says:

Agreed and is what I was looking for in the comments. Although, not as much time spent “picking up carpet shark bombs” as it is hunting for them…

  14. CupCait says:

One of my woozles even likes to kiss people. A lot. Against their will. I don’t think he’s ever bitten anyone.

  15. Lyla says:

I like this graph, its a good idea. Even, in some cases, if its not neccessarily true, it made me laugh. Good work :D
