I protest. William Shatner just pauses a bit more then most people. He isn’t melodramatic unless he’s trying to be – like for the Priceline commericals. Melodramatic would be, as mentioned, Adam West and what’s his face from Knight Rider. Shatner is just an over-pauser.
Seriously?! I would rather watch CSI:Miami than ANYTHING Shatner is in anyday. I mean, come on, the whole KKKkkkkaaaaaaahhhhhhhnnnnnnn stunt, please. At least Caruso is new. Not like Shatner’s pauses “Captain———–to————Security——————-team” (then falls down) Shatner really should take the cake.

Off topic, and I can’t think of his name and am too lazy to look it up at this hour.
Anyway, is it just me, or is that actor that plays the bald sheriff guy in CSI:Miami one of the better bit part and character actors around? I love him in this show, because he actually seems like he could really be in that job. Actually, Caruso does too, but the hot women in 6 inch high heels and WHITE clothes showing up at crime scenes is a little silly.
