Correct me if Im wrong but doesn’t Quagmire say this in a Family Guy episode? Its associated with a really weird dance where at one point hes standing on this head.

I guess I don’t get the execution of this one… Shouldn’t “Oo”, “Ah”, and “Whalla” each have a pie piece twice the size of those sounds made only once, with corresponding revision of the legend? (“2x Whalla”, rather than “1x Whalla Whalla”, for example).
