Shouldn’t “Bitch-Related Problems” be a potential (and in this case, non-existant) subset of “Problems”? If B-R Problems are > 0 then it effects the overall number of problems, whereas here they look to be mutually exclusive.

We could rename “Problems” with “Other” so the two bars are subsets of a larger “Problems”-set.
